Standard garments are washed or dry-cleaned depending on fabric weight and fiber. Delicate fibers are assessed at intake so the method suits the piece.

Household textiles

Heavy household textiles

Bedding, curtains, and other heavier textiles are handled separately from garments. Each load is sorted by fabric weight before cleaning begins.

Fur and specialty

Fur and delicate pieces

Fur items receive specialized handling with attention to the finish and lining. Items are checked at intake before any cleaning method is chosen.

How an order moves

From pickup to drop-off

Collection

Laundry is collected or dropped off, then logged with a note of the items received.

Intake inspection

Each garment is checked for fabric type, finish, and any seam or button work needed.

Cleaning and finishing

Items are washed or dry-cleaned by method, then pressed and checked before packing.

Delivery

Finished items are returned by drop-off or delivery, arranged around your schedule.
